on behalf of the editors I welcome you to the online and open access Journal for Philosophy and Psychiatry.
The Journal for Philosophy and Psychiatry is a forum for interdisciplinary discussions taking place in the inbetween field of the psychiatric and psychological disciplines and philosophy. In this ongoing discussion a broad range of topics are present: philosophical questions are challanged with psychiatric and psychological methods, alternately philosophical methods allow to express basic assumptions and fundaments of psychiatry and focus on the dimension of meaning inherent in the psychiatric and psychological field. Philosophy thereby shows that it is more than an academic discipline hovering at the borders of the psychiatric discourse.
On behalf of our international editorial board I most cordially invite you to participate actively in this discussion with contributions in the languages German, English, French, Italian and Spanish.
